High-Pressure Synthesis of Some Perovskite - Like Compounds with a Mixed Anion Type
The PbFeO2F, BaFeO2F, BaxNb(O,N)(3) compounds with the cubic perovskite structure have been obtained. The unit cell parameters are 3.996 Angstrom, 4.104 Angstrom, 3.990 Angstrom respectively. Ferrites decompose on heating up to 300 degrees C. The PbFeO2F compound is antiferromagnetic with a high value of Neel temperature. The La(2)AO(3)N compounds (A-Al, Nb, Ti, V) with hexagonal symmetry have been synthesized. The unit cell parameters of La2VO3N are a=6.553 Angstrom, c=11.604 Angstrom.
