Preparation of ZnSe films through chemical solution reduction process
In a novel wet process, zinc selenide films were prepared on Teflon and polycrystalline alpha Al2O3 substrates using zinc chloride, selenium, and aluminum foil as source materials. This method is simple and can be fulfilled easily. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS).
