Low-temperature reduction of (NO)(x) with CO and n-hexane using metal oxides on carbon
Catalysts are described for the low-temperature (120-220 degrees C) reduction of NO. Conditions are found to increase the ratio of N-2 to N2O in the products. Complete conversion of NO to N-2 With CO results at 220 degrees C at a GHSV of 300 h(-1) with a mixed iron-oxide-copper-oxide catalyst.
