It is shown that formation and produced water of terrigenous Devonian are perspective hydromineral raw material, the reserves of which are practically inexhaustible. Tehnological principles and structure of complex for formation water processing with extraction of table salt, well killing fluid and bromine have been elaborated. By an example of NGDU "Irkinneft" the evaluation of efficiency of the elaborated complex for formation water processing has been performed, which confirmed the necessity and profitability of its construction. Annual profit, obtained from one ton of processed formation water is equivalent to profit, obtained from one ton of produced oil.
