A comprehensive approach to building the metrology support has yielded significant benefits. The approach is focused on reasonable centralisation combined with expansion of in-situ instrument calibration and repair shops. It was possible to equip such facilities by innovative standard devices and thereby abandon numerous third-party services and improve instrument calibration quality.
