Reviewed is a practical experience of development and implementation of conceptual approach on improvement and automatization of industrial processes management system in "Orenburggasprom" enterprise. Reflected is an attitude of "Orenburggasprom" and "Galaktika" Corporation experts toward abovementioned problem. It is noted, that presented information is intended, first of all, to the officers of upper and middle management levels of Russian oil&gas complex enterprises, experts of automated management systems departments (information technologies, computer centers) of such enterprises.
