Material and dispersing composition of impurities in oil fields' waste waters has been studied. Organic composition of suspened matter determines its low density and low settlement velocity. Diameter of oil particles during experiments was far less, than diameter, taken for engineering evaluation of treatment facilities. Coagulation and flocculation have been tried. For oil fields' waste waters treatment chemical agent SNPH-4502 with permanent proportion of 20 mg/l is recommended.
