Re-engineering of operative financial planning systems in oil companies
Reviewed are features and principles of operative planning-budgeting process in oil companies, and basic approaches on re-engineering of opearative manage ment of net cash flows. Highlighted are problems of special plans and budgets utilization. Presented are examples of special measures, aimed at fixed costs reduction in oil production.
