Described are development of drilling activities in Noyabrsk region, drilling crews growth within OAO "Noyabrskneftegas" structure, as well as sub-contracted. their contribution into the oil fields development. Common efforts of NPO "Burenie", SibNIINP and other industrial companies in implementing technical and technological products are noted. Directions for future improvements of technological processes; implementation of new equipment are proposed.
