The industrial activity of NGDU directly bound up with nature-use and extend negative influence on the environment. On of the main moment of environmental activities is utilization of toxical waste-oil slime. In this paper evaluate efficiency of investment in environmental projects, with use conventional methods COMFAR, seeing this peculiarity which realize on sample NGDU "Buzulukneft" ("ONACO"). Also, accentuate of necessity intensification stimulating state function in environmental matter.
