Gas-chromatographic separation of monoalkylphenols on polar and non-polar phases by means of capillary chromatography
The separation of seventeen C-6-C-9 monoalkylphenols has been carried out on quartz capillary columns with polar and non-polar stationary liquid phases. The Kovach retention indices of the phenols have been determined, and the dependence of the physicochemical and chromatographic characteristics on their structure has been established.
