Global sensitivity analysis with the Monte Carte method is applied to the Boltzmann equation for. the electron energy distribution function (eedf). The results show the sensitivity of eedf and related quantities on the global variation of cross sections set. A new indicator of global sensitivity is used, which appears to be of easy applicability.
