Copolymerization of olefins in a series of continuous stirred-tank slurry-reactors using heterogeneous Ziegler-Natta and metallocene catalysts .1. General dynamic mathematical model
A dynamic mathematical model for the copolymerization of olefins with Ziegler-Natta and metallocene catalysts in a series of continuous stirred-tank slurry-reactors was developed. The model accounts for the presence of multiple active site types and can be used to predict reactor productivity, molecular weight and copolymer composition averages.
