A Multirate Digital Controller for Model-Matching
This paper presents a multirate digital controller which comprises a stable linear time invariant system with a multirate sampling scheme. This controller is capable of arbitrary zero assignment, pole assignment, and model matching, and it is applicable to plants with unstable zeros. The stable controller also provides improved system intersample performance. A controller design procedure is derived. An example is given to illustrate the design and the system performance.
