New Multidimensional Electrochemical Set-Up for Characterization of Dynamic Solid-State Polymeric Materials
A new multidimensional dynamic electrochemical set up is introduced. The set up is capable of monitoring mass, resistance and charge changes at the solid state material-solution interfaces. This technique involves the combination of two new characterisation techniques, Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) and Cyclic Resistometry (CR) together with a conventional Cyclic Voltammetry (CV). Mass, resistance and current data as a function of applied potential can be obtained in-situ, simultaneously and in real-time.
