A Flexible Electrochromic Device Based on Colloidal Tungsten-Oxide and Polyaniline
Colloidal tungsten oxide particles have been synthesised and dispersed within a PMMA polymer matrix. Experimental procedures to obtain thin films of PMMA/colloidal WO3 composites on ITO-coated PET are discussed. This colloidal electrode was incorporated in a flexible electrochromic device with an electrodeposited polyaniline on gold-coated PET counter electrode. The electrochromic properties are discussed.
