The electrical conductivity and dielectric constant of Tl4CdI6 have been measured in the temperature range 30-300 degrees C using the Gen Rad 1659 RLC digibridge. The sample shows a phase transition at 130 degrees C. the dielectric constant of the material increases with temperature in the entire temperature range studied, with rapid change starting at 130 degrees C.
