The enthalpies of solution have been measured for acetamide in some sodium halide solutions at 298.15 K. The enthalpic interaction parameters h(xy), h(xyy) and h(xxy) of acetamide with sodium halides have been evaluated and are discussed with respect to the electrostatic interaction and structural interaction.
