Excess molar enthalpies have been measured for the system 2-propanol + water at 25 degrees C. The values obtained have been compared with those reported in the literature. Differences in the composition dependence of the excess molar enthalpies of the aqueous mixtures of 1- and 2-propanol are discussed and compared to the results obtained for other thermodynamic properties of those two systems.
