TG-DTA-MS and DSC techniques were applied to study the thermal behaviors, such as volatilization, evaporation of the liquid solvent phase and the organic modifying radicals of 20% AlO3/2-SiO2-epoxySiO(3/2) organic-inorganic hybrid system prepared by the sol-gel method in the thermal treatment process.
