Raman Studies of Diamond Film Growth on Fuse-Silica Substrates by a Multistep Process
Raman spectra and scanning micrographs are implemented to investigate the performance of the diamond film growth on silicon and fuse-silica substrates by two- and three-step processes. The quality for films grown on Si substrates is satisfied by both steps, while for fuse-silica plates only the three-step process can yield uniform and fertile films.
