Mathematical simulation of blood purification for leukemia by immobilized L-asparaginase
Plasma was purified in an immobilized L-asparaginase column. The predicted results are in good agreement with experimental data. It is indicated that the mathematical model is suitable for the mass transfer and reaction of blood purification.
