The areas of application for the MID technology (Moulded Interconnect Devices) are expanding at a significant rate. The boom in telecommunications and further developments in the field of automotive sensor systems are opening up new markets. The recent MID Congress in Erlangen/Germany illustrated the potential and future of the technology.
