Optimisation of second order non linear optical properties in two dimensional SHG chromophores by using modern electron crystallography
It is shown how new methods of electron crystal structure analysis can be used to probe the physico chemical parameters of two dimensional second harmonic generation (SHG) chromophores at a molecular level and how these can be influenced in order to enhance specific properties of the macroscopic material.
