Polyethylene was prepared by using a nBu-Cp2ZrCl2/MAO catalytic system. Considering the reactivation of Zr species, a novel and reasonable mathematical model of kinetics has been developed and the kinetic profiles of ethylene polymerization have been fitted satisfactorily.
