THE SIGNIFICANCE OF DYNAMICS FOR THE PLANNING AND OPERATION OF UNIT COMBINED HEAT AND POWER-PLANTS .1. BASIC ASPECTS
In general, unit combined hear and power plants, heat pumps and automatic wood firing plants are extensively dimensioned on the basis of static planning data. Within the framework of a project financed by the Federal Office for Energy Economy, the fundamental principles for the planning and operational optimization oriented on the dynamics of such plants were worked out (1). The most important results influenced the further education courses for planners (2). For speeded-up plannings and operational optimizations of the plants of the combined heat and power system and heat pumps, computer-aided dimensioning aids are available (3); (4). Fbr automatic wood furnaces the corresponding instruments, tts will be available by the end of 1995. With it, the most important dynamic aspects of these energy generation plants may already be taken into consideration
