Reduced emission combustion of light residual fuel oils
During the combustion of the Light residual fuel oil "Schwechat 2000", using standard yellow burners, relatively high nitrogen oxide emissions occur in the waste gas due to the fuel nitrogen content in the product. A new burner, which is designed according to the air graduation principle, permits a reduction in the NOx emission by up to 50 per cent.
