백금을 촉매로 한 n-Heptane의 탈수소고리화 반응에서 황의 영향
The Effect of Sulfur on Dehydrocyclization of n-Heptane over Platinum Catalyst
초록
Pt/Υ-Al2O3 촉매를 에비황화시킨 촉매를 사용하여 n-heptane의 탈수소고리화반응을 고정층 연속흐름 반응기에서 행하였다.
조작조건의 범위는 온도 658-773K, 압력 1×105-30×105Pa, H2/H.C. 몰비 3-7, 접촉시간 0.2-0.6g-cat. hr/g-feed 이었다.
탈수소고리화반응은 온도가 증가하고 전체압력이 감소할수록 증가하였고, H2/H.C. 몰비의 감소에 따라 증가하였다.
예비황화시킨 백금촉매는 백금촉매보다 탈수소고리화반응의 선택도를 증가시켰으며, 활성이 안정하게 오래 유지되었고, 촉매표면의 활성점이 고르게 분산되었다.
n-Heptane의 탈수소고리화반응은 n-heptane의 분압에 관하여 외관상 1차반응이었고, 활성화에너지는 백금촉매와 예비황화시킨 백금촉매에 대해 각각 32.5kcal/mole, 50.4kcal/mol이었다.
The dehydrocyclization of n-heptane was studied over 0.6wt% Pt/Υ-Al2O3 and presulfied 0.6wt% Pt/Υ-Al2O3 catalysts in a fixed bed continuous flow reactor. The ranges of experimental conditions were at temperatures between 658 and 773K, the pressures between 1×105 and 30×105Pa, the H2/H.C. mole ratios between 3 and 7 and the contact times between 0.2 and 0.6g-cat.hr/g-feed. The dehydrocyclization increased with increasing temperatures, decreasing total pressure and decreasing H2/H.C. mole rations. The presulfied Pt catalyst showed increased selectivity and stability of dehydrocyclization and the surface of pre-sulfied Pt catalyst was well dispersed rather than Pt catalyst. Both reactions of Pt and presulfied Pt catalyst were the first order with respect to n-heptane and their activation energies were 32.5 and 50.4kcal/mole, respectively.
