K2CO3가 첨가된 MoS2 촉매에 의한 일산화탄소와 수소로부터의 혼합알콜 제조
Mixed-Alcohol Synthesis from CO and H2 over Potassium-Promoted MoS2 Catalysts
초록
일산화탄소와 수소로부터, 혼합알콜 합성반응을 K2CO3를 조촉매로 하는 MoS2 게 촉매상에서 수행하여, 반응활성 및 선택도에 미튼 조촉매 함량, 온도, 압력 등의 영향을 고정층의 고압 촉매 반응기에서 조사하였다. 제조된 MoS2 촉매는 활성에 있어서 우수한 안정성을 보였으며 C1-C6 범위의 직쇄상 알콜에 대해 높은 선택도를 나태나었다. 또한 알콜 생산량에 대한 최적 반응 조건은 조촉매 함량 17wt%, 온도 300℃이었으며, 압력의 증가는 알콜 수율을 증가시켰다. 이 때 알콜 생성물의 탄소수에 따른 분포는 전형적인 Schulz-Flory 분포를 만족하였다.
The effects of K2CO3 content,reaction temperature and pressure on the activity and selectivity of MoS2 catalyst for the catalytic hydrogentation of CO producing mixed alcohols were investigated in a high pressure fixed bed reactor. A MoS2 catalyst promoted with K2CO3 showed stable activity and high selectivity for C1-C6 linear alcohols. The optimal conditions of this reaction system in terms of alcohol productivity were 17wt% K2CO3 content on the catalyst and 300℃ of reaction temperature. The amount of alcohol production depends on the reactor pressure : the higher the reactor pressure, the higher the alcohol yield. The product distribution of C1-C6 alcohols was well correlated by the Schulz-Flory distribution.
