Electroless copper plating on a glass substrate coated with ZnO film under UV illumination
A new method of electroless copper plating on ZnO-coated glass substrates has been developed. The method used UV illumination to initiate the plating process in place of a palladium chloride solution activator. The copper layer obtained was smooth, conductive and adhered to the substrate well.
