다공성 입자 충전층에서 입자내부 강제대류를 동반하는 물질전달
Mass Transfer with Intraparticle Forced-Convection in the Packed Column of Porous Particles
초록
대형세공 입자의 충전층에서 비흡착성 기체의 자극-응답 실험을 1<Re<130의 고유속 영역에서 수행하였다. 축방향분산계수와 입자내부확산계수는 시간역 곡선맞추기법으로써 추산하였다. 대형세공 입자의 겉보기 입자내 부확산계수는 고유속 영역에서 현저히 감소하였으며, 이는 입자내부 강제대류 효과에 기인한다. 대형세공 입자의 입자내부 물질전달 현상은 저유속 영역에서는 확산 효과가 지배하지만, 고유속 영역에서는 강제대류 효과가 지배한다.
The stimulus-response experiments of non-adsorbing gas were carried out in a packed column of large-pore particles in the region of 1<Re<130. The axial dispersion coefficient and the intraparticle diffusion cofficient were estimated by the curve-fitting in time domain. The apparent intraparticle diffusion coefficient of large-pore particle was decreased significantly in the region of high flow rates, due to the intraparticle forced-convection effect. The intraparticle mass transfer of the large-pore particle is controlled by the diffusion effect in low flow rates, however in high flow rates by the forced-convection effect.
