Robust H-infinity-compensator design for time-delay systems with norm-bounded time-varying uncertainties
This paper considers robust H-infinity-compensator design fur linear systems that involve unknown time delays both in states and controls and time-varying norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. Sufficient conditions for designing robust compensators are obtained in terms of two Riccati inequalities which are not mutually coupled, through which a full-order robust H-infinity-compensator can be obtained. Finally, a small example is given to show the applicability of the proposed approach.
