In the above-mentioned paper,(1) both delay-independent and delay-dependent bounded real criteria depending on the upper bound of the rate of change of the delay are derived which provide sufficient conditions for systems to possess an H-infinity-norm which is less than or equal to a prescribed bound. A comment is made here to point out a serious mistake and the untenable main results in the paper.
