COMPLEX VISCOSITY PREDICTIONS FOR THE S1 FLUID USING HARMONIC-ANALYSIS ON APPLIED NONSINUSOIDAL STRESS WAVE-FORMS
This paper contains an alternative method of producing a complete complex viscosity flow curve by using a one point test. By utilising the application of a non-sinusoidal torque waveform to a material at a single frequency of oscillation it is shown that it is possible to analyse the resulting displacement waveform to predict the oscillatory flow behaviour of a material over a wide range of frequencies.
