금속-활성탄의 열처리 효과
Heat Treatment Effect of Metal-Activated Carbon

초록
흡착등온곡선으로부터 얻어낸 결과에 따르면, 금속 처리활성탄의 농도와 열처리효과에 의존하여 Type I의 변형된 형태를 나타내고 있으며 유사 Type I 형태를 보이고 있다. 열처리하여 표면 개질된 금속 활성탄의 SEM 성상 결과에 따르면, 처리된 금속은 원형의 돌기상으로 변하였을 뿐만 아니라, 표면 blocking되었던 부분을 상당량 드러내 보이고 있다. DSC 분석결과에 따르면, 열처리 후에 금속처리 활성탄의 열역학적 곡선은 모두 유사한 형태를 나타내었다. 특히, 열처리 후에 엔탈피 형성 값은 낮은 농도와 높은 농도 사이에서 많은 차이를 보이고 있었다.
According to experimental adsorption isotherms, then types are shown as Type I and transformed similar Type I depending on the metal concentration and heat treatment effect of metal-activated carbon. From the SEM image analysis, metal complexes on the surface of metal-treated activated carbon are transformed from surface coverage state to polyp statue, as well as blocked surface and pore structure is changed to opened and unblocked structure. The results of the DSC analysis for the metal-treated activated carbon show very similar endothermic curves for all samples. Especially, it shows that enthalpy formation of metal-activated carbon after heat treatment is very different between lower and higher concentrations.
