From the safe and economical point of view, the radionuclides which have different half lives and contained in a liquid radioactive waste should be separated and managed respectively. The possibility of applying the electrosorption technique was studied using the ACF felt as an electrode. The adsorption and separation characteristics of Co(II) and Sr(II) ions in a liquid waste on the ACF electrode were investigated and optimized.
