Knowledge capture, distillation, preservation, and sharing among project teams are challenging issues across widely distributed organizations. Teams must share information learned and apply best practices and lessons learned in a structured, easily accessible manner anytime and anywhere. A project-management system integrating worldwide, Web-accessible organizational-learned knowledge hub was developed and implemented.
