Design of 25 GHz thin film filter with a third high refractive index materials as cavity layers
The concept and method of novel design of 25 GHz square spectrum narrow bandpass filter are forwarded in this paper. Unsimilarly to traditional design idea, the cavity layers in filter layers are replaced with a third material with high refractive index. Theoretical analyses are expatiated and a group of optimized thin film system is reached.
