Poly(oxyethylene) decyl ether계 저독성 유분산제의 제조와 노화된 원유와 분산효율
Preparation of Poly(oxyethylene) decyl ethers, Low Toxic Oil Dispersant and Dispersing Efficiency to Weathered Crude Oils

저독성이며 생분해성이 높고 중질원유와 높은 점성을 갖는 풍화된 W/O 에멀젼에 대하여 분산 효과가 우수한 농축형 유분산제를 제조하기 위하여 각종 계면활성제와 상용성이 우수한 isodecanol에 에틸렌옥시드를 부가 반응시켜 에틸렌옥시드가 3, 5, 7 몰이 부가된 poly(oxyethylene) decyl ether(PDE)를 합성하였다. 여기에 유기산과 야자유 및 sorbitan monooleate, poly(oxyethylene) sorbitan monolaurate를 블렌딩하여 농축형 PDE계 유분산제를 제조하였다. 이들을 Arabia light 경유, Iran heavy 원유 및 노화된 기름에 대하여 적용하여 수직진탕 플라스크법으로 분산효율을 측정하였다.
Poly(oxyethylene) decyl ethers(PDE) were prepared by adding 3, 5, 7 moles of ethylene oxide to isodecanol that has an excellent compatability with varous surfactants. Concentrated PDE type oil dispersant that has low toxicity, high biodegradability, and excellent dispersion efficiency to heavy crude oils and weathered W/O emulsion with high viscosity was prepared by blending PDE, organic acid, palm oil, sorbitan monooleate, and poly(oxyethylene) sorbitan monolaurate. The dispersion efficiency for fresh and weathered crude oils, according to the application of PDE oil dispersants, were measured by a vertical shaking flask method.
