3-Amino-1,2,4-triazole에 의해 가교된 Epoxidized Natural Rubber의 열적, 기계적 물성과 형상기억거동
Thermo-Mechanical Properties and Shape Memory behavior of 3-Amino-1,2,4-triazole(ATA) cured Epoxidized Natural Rubber(ENR)
Epoxidized natural rubber(ENR) was cured with 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole(ATA) which was catalyzed by bisphenol A to produce a shape memory polymer with variable glass transition and mechanical properties. Stress-strain analysis showed that tensile strength and modulus increased while elongation at break decreased as the increase in ATA content in the network. Dynamic mechanical analysis showed that the glass transition temperature can be readily controlled from 20 ℃ to 77 ℃ and storage modulus can be increased by varying the molar ratio of ATA : ENR from 0.05 to 0.2. And the cured ENR exhibited a excellent shape memory behavior.
