나노 점토가 경질 폴리우레탄 폼의 물성에 미치는 영향
Effect of Nanoclay on Mechanical Properties of Rigid Polyurethane Foam
Rigid polyurethane foam was synthesized using two types of organoclay and sodium montmorillonite. The organoclay used in this study were cloisite 30B, cloisite 25A. The content of nanoclay were varied from 1 to 10 wt% of polyol. The Density and compressive strength of polyurethane/nanocomposite were investigated. The compressive strength in the polyurethane/nanocomposite was found to decrease with adding the nanoclay compared to that of the pristine rigid polyurethane foams. Nanocomposite, synthesized using cloisite 30B had greater compressive strength than two other nanoclays. In the case of 30B, the compressive strength increase in proportion to the increase of nanocomposite's density.
