A Study on the Wastewater Treatment using Hybrid Process of Coagulant added into Activated Sludge Reactor and Submerged Membrane Bioreactor
This study focused on a submerged membrane bioreactor in conjunction with coagulant addition coagulant, such as alum in order to improve treatment efficiency, especially phosphorus removal and to enhance membrane filtrability. In system, organic material and phosphorus are removed by biological, chemical reaction and membrane separation mechanism. As the result of dosing alum into MBR, flux was stable and permeate pressure was bring down remarkably.
