Flow fields of radicals and gases are necessary in simulating electron-neutral species collisions whereas rates of dissociation and ionization are required in calculating the flow fields of neutral species. This is a coupling between plasma and flow. A method to treat the coupling is proposed and employed to examine the structures of plasma and flow in an inductively-coupled plasma reactor.
