Simulating the rise characteristics of gas bubbles in liquids using CFD
With the advent of modern tools of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), it is now possible to obtain detailed information on the bubble shape, morphology and rise characteristics from knowledge of system properties and geometry. In this paper we try to give a flavor of the power of CFB tools and summarize recent advances.
