In many chemical processes it is necessary to separate finely dispersed solids-liquid systems in order to obtain either the regenerated solids or the solid-free liquid. This separation process is often performed as a continuous operation to ensure an uninterrupted production process and a high efficiency. In this study, the results of laboratory-scale filtration experiments are presented.
