유화엑막법에 의한 coal tar 유분 중의 indole의 분리
Separation of indole from coal tar oil fraction by liquid surfactant membrane
The separation of indole (In) contained in coal tar fraction (the temperature range of distillate: 240~265 ℃) was examined by a liquid surfactant membrane. According as increase the volume fraction of O/W emulsion to total liquid in a batch stirring tank at initial (φOW,O), the yield of In and the selectivity of In based on dimethylnaphthalene (DMN) decreased rapidly, but yields of 1-methylnaphthalene (1MN), 2-methylnaphthalene (2MN), DMN, biphenyl (Bp) and phenyl ether (Pe) were looked tendency that increase some. At t=40 sec and 0.1<φOW,O<0.4, the yield of In was 11%-35%. At the same conditions, also, the selectivity of In based on DMN was 4-19. At a fixed experimental condition, the sequence of the yield was quinoline>iso-quinoline=quinaldine>In>1MN=2MN>Bp=Pe>DMN.
