Numerical study on ballistic electron transport in the presence of pointlike magnetic scatterers
We investigate influences of pointlike magnetic scatterers oil electron transport properties of a quantum wire. For that purpose, boundary element method (BEM) is extended. As a result, it is found that spin polarization resonantly reaches unity in some kinds of lattice of the scatterers. The resonance among scatterers leads to localization and spin flip.
