The recycle process of the paper sludge from the paper mill can be very important subject as environmentally and economically. In this study, the paper sludge was experimented to recycle by recoverying the inorganic pigment included in paper sludge. Also, to raise the brightness and powder properties of the recycled pigment, the recycled sludge was mixed and modified the pigment surface with the commercial PCC.
