In corollary 1 of theorem 7, the author states, "In an isothermal, stagnant, and dilute electrolytic solution of a mixture of neutral strong electrolytes, without chemical reactions and with one-dimensional mass transport, the electrochemical mass transport at steady state is characterized by linear concentration distribution for all species."
