Acetate계 Cu-Zn-Al 전구체를 이용하여 제조된 DME 직접합성용 혼성촉매의 성형 전후 촉매 활성에 관한 연구
A study on the catalytic activity of before and after molding of acetate based Cu-Zn-Al precursor hybrid catalyst for the dimethyl ether (DME) direct synthesis
In this study, hybrid catalyst containing acetate based Cu-Zn-Al precursor for direct synthesis of DME was prepared. Reactivity test of prepared hybrid catalyst was performed with varying reaction conditions. As a result of reactivity test, it was confirmed that the prepared hybrid catalyst was presented a sensitive activity according to the reaction temperature. And the pellet-typed hybrid catalyst was prepared by physical mixing method. Catalytic activity of prepared hybrid catalyst was compared with that of pellet-typed hybrid catalyst. From the result, catalytic activity of pellet typed hybrid catalyst was higher than powder typed hybrid catalyst. And the reactivity test of pellet typed hybrid catalyst was performed in the composition of coal derived gas. The conversion of hydrogen was about 83%. It was determined that the molding hybrid catalyst has an excellent catalytic activity.
